Delete My Data

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Labourly account and all personal data we hold. Deletion is processed within 30 days and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

Your name, phone number, and profile details
Your job postings and applications
Your WhatsApp conversation history on our platform
Your location data (pincode and GPS coordinates)
Your Worker Score, ratings, and activity history

Some data may be retained where required by Indian law (e.g. financial records for tax compliance).

OPTION 1

Delete from the Labourly app

The fastest way. Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This calls our secure API and deletes your data immediately.

Authorization: Bearer <your-token>

Returns {"deleted":true} on success.

OPTION 2

Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us with your registered phone number and we will delete your data within 30 days.
